What are manufactured homes?
- Detached single family homes
- Made of one or more factory-built sections
- Built in compliance with the Alberta Building Code and the National Mobile Home Standard
- Each section has longitudinal steel frame rails or a wooden truss floor system under the floor that forms part of the permanent surface foundation system
- Interior walls are finished using pre-finished vinyl-clad drywall or painted drywall
