CrossCountry Homes is a privately owned company providing quality, affordable modular and manufactured residential homes to customers in Alberta, BC, and Saskatchewan. We specialize in providing customers with a wide range of options in order to customize homes to suit individual needs. At CrossCountry, we pride ourselves on providing customer service excellence throughout the home buying process.

History

Cross Country Homes started out as the hobby of initial company owner Bob Paquette, who enjoyed buying used manufactured homes, fixing them up, and selling them. When his hobby started to become a full-time business, Bob and his wife Helen bought the current location, and Cross Country Homes was officially established in 1993. Cross Country homes moved into their current office about five years ago, and have expanded ever since, adding more homes to their inventory, and increasing the number of home suppliers to provide more customer choice.

In the spring of 2008, an ownership group consisting of 10 individuals purchased the company. The ownership group consists of family and friends from Alberta and British Columbia. Cross Country Homes remains a family owned and operated business, with 5 family members working full time for the company.
